How do you cope up with Love Stress?

Stress, stress, stress... how do you cope up with different kinds of stress? Physically, some would say that having enough rest and sleep would probably ease the stress which is very much true. Having or acquiring illness can be a form of stress physically. You can not function very well when you are in sick... to cope up with it, health care professionals will advice to take some medications and again, enough rest and sleep.
Emotional stress... for you, what is an emotional stress? thinking about what would be the definition of this concept would probably be a sign of having an emotional stress.. haha just kidding.. thinking about lots of problem, any kind of problem like school projects and requirements, problems at home and a lot more will cause a person to have an emotional stress. solving those problems and conflicts, accomplishing a specific goal are simply relieves the stress in everyone's emotional stress..
Stress when it comes to love... do you think there is such thing or word as Love stress? maybe there is,, because me and some of my cool friends are experiencing it..hahaha agree? agree? hehehe... How do you handle break-ups? or any problems to your relationships? do you think that forgetting the one who have hurt you is the only process of moving on? most of the people would agree that it is a main factor in moving on. in closing, I would like to leave two questions upon ending this blog post and this are some questions to ponder with------- ARE YOU LOVE STRESSED? ARE YOU GOOD ENOUGH TO HANDLE AND COPE UP WITH IT?
