It's been a long time since my last blog post here.. I just need to have a long preparation for the upcoming Nurse Licensure Examination two days from now which includes my review personally and with the help of Multi Educational Review Group Experts or simply MERGE REVIEW.

Meanwhile, I just want to share my top 10 Christmas Wishlist and I just hope and pray that every item in the list will be mine in God's will and in due time with the help of my abilities and 100% effort most especially my number 1 wish. Presenting my wish list and here it goes:

Being betrayed by the whole class!

This was happened wayback on my First year high school days. One time on English class with Mrs. Perez, our teacher, walked in very angry, because according to her, somebody went to the principal's office and told that she threw an eraser on the wall, showing that our class were noisy.

By that time, I was assigned to make a rosary on the wall by using paper cuts..then afterwards, class was dismissed and I went home instantly since our school before was just a walk-in distance from our residence.

After her English class, we were asked to write on a piece of paper the person we thought that gone to the office and tell the story accusing her the one who threw the eraser on the wall. without any idea if who's the one, I just wrote that I really have no idea who was the one.

Surprisingly, after we passed our papers, My name was called several times. And by that time, I was super shocked! That is why I felt being betrayed by my classmates. Then Mrs. Perez dismissed the class and told us to explain if it's really us, the one who go to the office. Then Recess time for the whole class,. being shocked from what had happened earlier, I kinda lost my appetite and chose not to eat but rather stay on my seat. then afterwards, my classmates went beside my seat one by one, telling that they were not the ones who wrote my name on their paper. I just cried and ignored what they're telling me since I was betrayed already..

Then entering our classroom was our adviser, and noticed that I'm crying then told him the whole story on what had happened during our English Class earlier.. He then asked me to stop crying and admitted that He was the one who went to the office and accused Mrs. Perez, for throwing the eraser on the wall.

After hearing that, I felt that I was relieved and at the same time felt angry at him, because after doing that, I was accused by my own classmates and felt betrayed by them. at the end of the day, after we went to Mrs. Perez's room, I was totally relieved. But the way my classmates betrayed me, made me stronger since I was running that time for First honor, and maybe, It's their agenda to pull me down that is why they were accusing me of doing it.

Another Month Comes in!

September 2010. Another month really comes in. What is to be expected for this month? Considering this is the last month for the year's third quarter, and the beginning of the so-called "The BER Months".

Just earlier today on tv, Christmas countdown started, with 114 days left before Christmas. But before that, a lot of happenings will be held on this month.

Lots of Birthday Celebrations will be held during this month, most especially, My beloved Father will be turning 60 this coming September 7. Also on that date, my School mate and co-gigster Elaine will also celebrate her birthday. If I am not mistaken, she will be turning 22..

many to mention celebrants..they will also celebrating their birthdays this month. Oh, before I forgot, I'll be starting to have my formal review this month for the upcoming December Nursing Licensure Examination. So I might get busy starting next next week, but hopefully I will be able to add more blog posts and entries so that this blogsite of mine will always be updated and also to be able to remember my password and forget it not anymore..hahaha

My Singing Career!

Good Day everybody! Another blog entry on how my talents has been shown.hehehe just kidding, I'm kinda dreaming that someday it would really happen, of course, In God's will and time..

I just love music, and I realized that I began to love music wayback on my elementary days, I've heard a lot of songs from various artist and many more, and because that was around 90's I think it's the era for lots of singers especially on the western parts of the world.. It is the reign of lots of boy bands and singing groups, solos were quite a little but they stand out. Songs were used as soundtracks for movies, and many more.

I began to watch MTV (Music Television)and looked out for new songs, and watched out for the Top 20 Asia Hitlist and many more. Since I'm a fan of that music channel which happens to be aired at Studio 23 before, I also began buying song hits, casette tapes and enjoyed singing their songs.

Naming Various artist that time... For singing groups, The Corrs was one of my favorites. For boybands, Westlife, N'Sync, BSB, Boyzone and 98 Degrees were my favorites. For Female singing groups there were Spice Girls and Destiny's Child who were among my favorites as well. Duos, it's just Marrit and Marion's M2M. And for the solos, Brian McKnight, Celine Dion, Brandy and Madonna.

My singing career started when I tried joining an Amateur Singing contest,wayback summer of 2002, during the fiesta celebration in our place. It was my first time joining such singing contest and without practice, of course, I wasn't able to win the said contest, and it's kinda embarrassing for some mistakes i did while singing that makes it kinda pitchy..

A trying hard singer like me, never stop believing and fulfilling the other side of my dreams, that is to become a singer someday. The first time I joined singing contest was followed 3 months after, in our school, I was 1st year high school before, as part of Buwan ng Wika celebration in our school, Once again I joined singing contest as our class room representative. It was a tough competition because every representative form other year level has a great voice. Luckily, for the 1st time, I won 1st place, singing Habang May Buhay - Donna Cruz version, since my voice before just starts to deepen so I can still sing songs sang by a woman.

Then I joined some singing contests, usually for school purposes and some were again also from fiestas and some were sponsored by a telecommunication company, some were from gaming amusements and some were from a church activities. To enhance my singing ability, I joined choir at school and sometimes at church together with my friends.

For now, I was just posting my videos on youtube and on facebook, and let my talents be shared to others and let them give their comments and suggestions. Hopefully I can join some competitions on TV soon, If I am ready. I also want to have an album and to become a recording artist, aside from being a nurse. My singing career will be fulfilled if I'll be able to share my talents to others more.. Good day again everybody.

The Results are In!

After more than a month since July 3 and 4 2010 Nursing Licensure Examinations has been conducted by the Board of Nursing, results just came out today August 27, 2010, and it has been declared that out of 91,008 examinees, only 37,679 passed the Nursing Board examinations. Having said that,,,,,

I Just enjoy Blogging

Even before, I have made my blogsite through blogger, which has been introduced to me by a friend from church.. Unfortunately I wasn't able to remember the password for that blogger account that is why, I need to made a new one, and, this is the new product, my all new blogsite, which I knew, far better from my previous blogsite.

I was very thankful that this blogging thing was invented, it has a lot of similarities with journaling and diary writing.. It's just that, blogging is online. Through blogging, I was able to express and share my feelings to everyone about my life, and everything auder the sun, even the events happening which is most talked about.

And through blogging, I was able to practice more in constructing english sentences though sometimes I am admitted that there are still errors when it comes to grammar, but I see to it that it has been corrected that is why I am open for correction for more improvements.

Thanks for all my family and friends for loving and supporting me for every challenges that I am facing, and for my family who were allowing me to continue blogging.. and for the creator of the blogger, Kudos to you! Cheers Man! and More powers to you! God bless us all!

JV turns 1 (August 24, 2010)

August 24, 2010... As my parents started to wake up and preaparing for JV's birthday, JV and I were still asleep but few hours later, JV wakes up, very early around 5 AM, with a smile on his face as if he already appreciates his birthday. Even though everyday as he wakes up, he smiles at me and even wakes me up when I am still sleeping.

My sister, texted me that she's online at yahoo messenger that is why at the earliest time, I opened my computer and we started chatting through video call.

The sun rises, JV started to become anxious because he was seeing new faces as the visitors and helpers came, 9 am all of the people at home including me, started to get busy fixing everything for the party.

Cakes, were sent home, and the Television was turned on and we saw Venus Raj wearing her national costume, oh! it's the coronation night of miss universe 2010.

11am guests started to come, videoke, balloons, photo and video coverage and the party hosts(clowns and face painter).

Photo and Video coverage organizer started to do their job, capturing photos and videos, while neighbors started to go at home and joined us as we celebrate John Val's 1st birthday.

Around 1pm Children's party were officiated by the Clowns, lots of games and prizes were given away, they also held a magic show and balloon twisting show which made the kids enjoy the party a lot.

How I wish at young age, JV would be able to appreciate everything that happened on his birthday, which happened to be a 3 birthday celebration in 1, KC-Lyn just turned 17 and my brother Norman turned 26. another thing was Venus Raj won 4th runner-up that is why another celebration not only for our family but also to the Filipino people.

5th Placer among 83 ladies in Mandalay Bay!

August 24, 2010 in Manila's time at the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, Nevada, The coronation night for Miss universe finally begins with the introduction of the candidates wearing their national costume..



After the commercial break, the Pageant's hosts, Bret Michaels and Natalie Morales names the following Ladies one by one who entered the top 15. While, watching, I am expecting that Venus will not make it to the top 15 because after Czech Republic was called (14th finalist) I was expecting it to be either Miss USA, Miss Venezuela, Miss Spain or Miss India will be called, surprisingly, Venus got the last slot for top 15.

Then comes the battle for the swimsuit competition,...and the announcement of the top 10 followed with Venus Raj called third.

Then the ten ladies looked gorgeous on their next competition, the Long gown. after the competition, Top 5 finalist, sure winners were named. Venus Raj was called last.

Question and answer portion came and Venus Raj picked judge William Baldwin and the question was "what is the biggest mistake in your life and how did you resolve it" something like that, I don't know the exact words, Venus answered it confidently but kinda out of the supposed answer for the question. And the "Major Major" from Venus Raj's answer became popular on social networking sites and on Filipino's Daily expressions almost replacing the term "bonggang bongga"..



In the end, after 11 years of waiting for the next win after Miriam Quiambao's Victory as Miss Universe's First runner-up in 1999, Venus won 4th runner-up in Miss Universe 2010. Miss Ukraine Anna Poslavska was 3rd runner-up, Miss Australia's Jesinta Campbell was 2nd runner-up, Miss Jamaica Yendi Phillipps was 1st runner-up and Miss Mexico Jimena Navarrete was crowned Miss Universe 2010.

Inspired by the reality show "The Biggest Loser"

Michelle Aguilar, Hellen Phillips, Danny Cahill, and Michael Ventrella, they were just individuals that changed lives after joining the reality show, the biggest loser.

Michelle, together with her mother Renee joined the Biggest loser Families as Pink team under Jillian's Team. As a first timer entering the contest, her starting weight was 242 lbs. competing and undergoing lots of training in 12 weeks, Michelle emerged as the Biggest Loser for the 6th season with current weight of 132 lbs for a total weight loss of 110 lbs.. with Ed Brantley and Vicky Villain as the runners-up.

after Michelle's victory winning season 6, another season was aired entitled the biggest Loser Couples 2, wherein Hellen together with her team mate Shannon were two of the contestants joined the show, unfortunately, Shannon was eliminated in the earlier episodes of the shows. Hellen's starting weight was 257 lbs and ended up at the finale and emerged as the winner of the season's biggest loser with the current weight of 117 for a total weight loss of 140 lbs. Her runners-up were Mike Morelli and Tara Costa.

Another product of the Biggest loser was Danny Cahill, but at this time, it's his second time joining the biggest loser. The season right after Phillips won, was The Biggest Loser Second Chances. Danny's starting weight was 430 lbs and ended up at the finale as the Biggest Loser with the current weight of 191 lbs for a total weight loss of 239 lbs. His runners-up were Rudy Pauls and Amanda Arlauskas.

Michael Ventrella made a history as he joined the biggest loser season 9, for having the heaviest weight for both male and female contenders. He joined biggest loser as the meber of the white team together with his wife Maria Ventrella who has been eliminated at the earlier weeks of the competition.. Michael's starting weight was 526 lbs, and emerged as the biggest loser with the current weight of 262 lbs for a total weight loss of 264 lbs. His runners-up were Ashley Johnston and Daris George.

I was inspired by this people that changed lives after joining the biggest loser, because they had a tough journey and lots of challenges helped them losing weight. It's just kinda frustrating that I can't join the biggest loser that has been franchised here in the Philippines by ABS-CBN because even though I am obese weighing 200 lbs right now, I cannot qualify because the weight requires more than 250 lbs for male. Another factor that i can't join the biggest loser, because December 2010 Nursing Licensure Examinations is fast approaching and I don't wanna miss that examination.

That is why right now, I know there is still hope for me to lose weight not just for a good body image but also for health purposes. All I can do at this moment is to utilize my stationary bike and have a regular diet to help me lose weight.



This is me and my nephew John Val during my Birthday celebration. I am weighing 200 lbs and wish to lose weight at least almost half of my current weight.. And I hope that I can also post here my biggest tranformation. God Bless you all!

Does Ma. Venus Raj have what it takes to be the next Miss Universe?

Venus is back on the game! after regaining her title from being dethroned as the representative of Philippines for Miss Universe 2010, Venus is really back on the game. She will be competing for the said title, together with 83 lovely ladies accross the globe. Does she really have what it takes to be the next Miss Universe?



Two days from now,the coronation night for Miss Universe 2010 will be held At Las Vegas, Nevada. Even though it has no bearing at all for the competition, Venus tops the online poll for miss universe 2010. And for the past activities with the candidates including the pre-pageant, Ms. Philippines was one of the early favorites. Is that a sign that she has the biggest chance of bringing home the crown?



Pageant will be held on August 23, 2010 (America's Time), August 24 in Philippines' time 9:30 a.m live via sattelite on ABS-CBN.. Let us support and witness her Ms. Universe journey as she tries to fulfill her dream of being the next Miss Universe.

Yesterday, I was enjoying a video of an American kid who sings a tagalog folk song specifically Bahay Kubo, which is very very cute song that fits her age. Then I got curious since it's just posted through a facebook account, so I decided to search it on youtube, and I saw different videos of foreigner kids singing Bahay Kubo and other Filipino folk songs and wondered, maybe one of their parents is a born Filipino Citizen, that is why although trying hard, they can sing those folk songs. And then as I browsed the suggested videos on youtube, I finally seen this video of a woman named Tara Lynn Smith singing Hawak kamay as popularized by Yeng Constantino. She has a nice voice, though she has some problems pronouncing filipino words, she still made the song as if it's her own rendition.. Very nice and sweet version from her.. And I was so amazed the way she sings.

Getting to know my Sister and her Family

Valerie Bebanio, born on Valentine's Day of 1970, she was my eldest sister, the only Girl among the siblings, a multi-talented person most especially during her school days, wherein dancing, modelling, majorette and acting are her specialties. A very "madiskarte" type of person, and I think it is also counted as her talent, in any way, she is using this talent to make her family and others happy as well.. She also cooks very well that is why she is earning an extra income because of cooking aside from her present job.





Her husband is Mr. John Cariaga. and she has three kids, namely, Ryan Christopher, KC-Lyn, and John Val. Her eldest son Ryan, is 21 years of age and studying somewhere in Ilo-ilo, KC-Lyn the 2nd child,17 years of age is currently a high school student in their place at San Francisco California USA. I think she was the sibling who catches all the talent from her mother. She sings, dances, and a good actress. Her Little angel John Val turning 1 year old this month, is together with us here in the Philippines, a very very cute and bibo child.

Struggles may come on my sister, she knows how to manage it. She even treated us everytime we compete on a certain competition especially if we won that contest.. and I am so lucky and blessed for having her as my sister, because she loves me so much just like his child, and she is trusting me on every transactions here that she cannot face for she lives in the US.. I love her so much as well and I am so glad that I became her brother.. :)

Getting to know my Family tree.. The Ariola's.. Part 3: It's My Brother

Born on August 26, 1984 Norman Martin Ariola is my elder brother, wherein we have a six years age gap.. A Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation graduate of Philippines Maritime Institute Manila and now working at the ship under Iolcos Maritime Company. One word that best describe him would be Adventurous.. He loves to go on some places he had never been before, and try some things he never did try before.. Loves to own the new trending gadgets like iPod, iPhone, laptop and many more.. A computer game addict.. especially RAN Online, he's so very fanatic with it. He is also a business-minded person, he can easily make money through his computer gaming, and skills and ability when It comes to electronics. We both love music but we have some differences when it comes to its genre.. He loves listening to reggae, reggaton, ska and alternative rock while me, I used to listen to songs wherein it is relaxing like ballad songs, rnb, pop,broadway and many other.. We both love social networking, friendster before, and now facebook.. Even though we have a lot of conflicts or misunderstanding we still have the moments to have some bondings and many others. I love him for I understand what he's going through when trials strikes him and test him, I will lend a helping hand if he needs it, for he is helping me too when I am in need.. That's all I can say.

Getting to know my Family tree.. The Ariola's.. Part 2: It's my Mom, Romy Ariola

Romy Dadulla Martin, Born on December 30, 1949 to her goodly parents,Cleotilde Dadulla and Severo Martin. The 7th child and the youngest sister among the 8 siblings.A very loving housewife to Regino Ariola and loving mom as well to Valerie(our half sister), Junard (our half brother), Norman my brother, and yours truly. "A mom with a lot of instincts", that's one of my mom's best quality. She always present her reasoning everytime we ask permission to go on somewhere else outside our home or even we make some proposals and whatsoever.. there's always a reason why she doesn't allow us to do this or that or the benefits of allowing us to go on a place or an event or to do a certain thing.. Like my Father, she's very industrious and very patient in doing her responsibility as wife and a mom. She never fails of giving care to us even if her health condition is quite not good. One word that best describe her I think is that she is Emotional.. She gets easily touched while watching a drama show or story that touches lives of people, just like my dad, I am so very proud of her and I am blessed of having her as my Mom, like I said, she never failed in giving care to us, her family. The Best Mom in the world! I am proud of my Parents for raising us, their children very well.. That's all I can say!

Getting to know my Family tree.. The Ariola's.. Part 1: It's My dad, Regino Ariola

Regino Cariaga Ariola,Born on September 7, 1950 to his Goodly parents, Eusebia Cariaga and Diosdado Ariola. 4th child and the eldest son among the 10 siblings. A husband to Romy Dadulla Martin, and a father to Norman and yours truly. A good leader and a good decision maker, those are some of the best qualities my dad have. One word that best describes his personality,he is perfectionist. I could say specifically perfectionist in a way he is commanding us on doing some household chores wherein he commands us to repeat cleaning some places at home when he still noticed some dusts for example in furnitures.. another way that makes him perfectionist is when he is correcting, my grammar everytime I am making my formal theme compositions wayback my elementary days which actually helped me in getting high grades in english classes and to communicate fairly using the language.. I am really proud and so much blessed to have him as my father.. He has been a very good example to me and to my brother that is why I have no regrets of being his son even if sometimes there are trials that tests our father-son relationship.. I love him very much.. That's all I can say..

How do you cope up with Love Stress?

Stress, stress, stress... how do you cope up with different kinds of stress? Physically, some would say that having enough rest and sleep would probably ease the stress which is very much true. Having or acquiring illness can be a form of stress physically. You can not function very well when you are in sick... to cope up with it, health care professionals will advice to take some medications and again, enough rest and sleep.

Emotional stress... for you, what is an emotional stress? thinking about what would be the definition of this concept would probably be a sign of having an emotional stress.. haha just kidding.. thinking about lots of problem, any kind of problem like school projects and requirements, problems at home and a lot more will cause a person to have an emotional stress. solving those problems and conflicts, accomplishing a specific goal are simply relieves the stress in everyone's emotional stress..

Stress when it comes to love... do you think there is such thing or word as Love stress? maybe there is,, because me and some of my cool friends are experiencing it..hahaha agree? agree? hehehe... How do you handle break-ups? or any problems to your relationships? do you think that forgetting the one who have hurt you is the only process of moving on? most of the people would agree that it is a main factor in moving on. in closing, I would like to leave two questions upon ending this blog post and this are some questions to ponder with------- ARE YOU LOVE STRESSED? ARE YOU GOOD ENOUGH TO HANDLE AND COPE UP WITH IT?
